Support that meets you where you are.

Pregnancy, birth and childhood can hold some of life’s most beautiful moments - and some of its most difficult.

Whether you're preparing for birth, experiencing postpartum challenges or supporting a baby or child who needs a little extra support, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Babies and children don’t need words to tell us what they’re experiencing.

Their bodies, behaviors and nervous systems are constantly communicating.

My work offers a gentle way to listen and respond — supporting regulation, connection and greater ease without asking a baby or child to process an experience the way an adult would.

Sessions meet them exactly where they are — sleeping, nursing, playing, creating, moving or simply being.

Support can take many forms.

Sometimes the focus is you. Sometimes it's your baby or child. And often, supporting one nervous system creates change for everyone.

Pregnancy + Postpartum

Support for pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum recovery and the enormous physical and emotional transition of becoming a parent.

A little bit about my experience

My approach draws from specialized training in early developmental and adolescent trauma, somatic experiencing and primitive reflex integration following birth trauma. With 30 years experience working with children as a teacher and caregiver, I also bring empathy and compassion from my own journey as a mom.
